How to Return Something

For most returns, we'll schedule a courier pickup from your address. You don't need to pay for return shipping on defective items or our mistakes. For change-of-mind returns, we'll deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different part instead of getting a refund? No problem. Just let us know when you initiate the return, and we'll send out the replacement as soon as we confirm the original item is on its way back. We'll even ship the new part before we get the old one back if you've ordered from us before and we know you're reliable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, here's what you need to do:

If an item fails during its warranty period, the warranty covers replacement. If it fails after the warranty expires but you think it's a manufacturing defect, contact us anyway. We'll work with the manufacturer to see what we can do. We're not going to leave you hanging just because a warranty date passed.

Partial Returns

Ordered multiple items but only want to return some of them? That's fine. The refund will be prorated, and if your remaining order total falls below our free shipping threshold, we might need to deduct the shipping cost from your refund. We'll let you know before we process anything.

Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? Catch us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we can usually cancel it before it ships.
